Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

The wrong item or size was received due to our error

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at "Contact Us" section of the website with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the product

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size ordered by the customer
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Slight color variations (due to screen differences)
Minor placement or sizing variations (within acceptable production tolerances)

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved:

We will offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation
You may not be required to return the item

Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
