At Checker MotorSports, all products are made to order. Because of this, we have a limited return policy designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product quality.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is defective, damaged, or misprinted
  
• The wrong item or size was received due to our error
  

To request a return or replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at "Contact Us" section of the website with:

• A description of the issue
  
• Clear photos of the product
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  
• Slight color variations (due to screen differences)
  
• Minor placement or sizing variations (within acceptable production tolerances)
  

Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved:

• We will offer a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation
  
• You may not be required to return the item
  

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Orders returned due to an incorrect or insufficient address provided by the customer may be reshipped at the customer’s expense
  
• We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information
